Job Description:

As the Head of Account Management, you will be responsible for overseeing our account management department and driving sales growth by nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the account management team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact and building trust and credibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects and delivery of products/services.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on account activities, performance, and forecast to senior management.
  • Identify market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in account management.
  • Train and coach account management team members on sales techniques, relationship-building, and customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • We need a person who will manage our top 5 clients
  • Has great relationships with Russian banks and will be able to manage those relationships as well
  • Knows Russian payments market inside out
  • Knowledge and connections in the High Risk market are beneficial / nice to have
