Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our expanding team. In this role you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, primarily focusing on low/medium risk clients from the EU.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support and renewals.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, offering solutions and value-added services.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide insightful reporting on account performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, and operations) to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in the payments industry, specifically in key account management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing relationships with low/medium-risk clients from the European Union.
  • In-depth knowledge of onboarding specifics for payment solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the payment processing landscape, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
