We are seeking talented Senior Product Manager to join and contribute to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the roadmap, pricing, packaging, and documentation of new product ideas. By maintaining a good customer and market knowledge, this candidate will be able to successfully build and iterate on our products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Enhance Existing B2B Products: Focus on global accounts including account openings, reporting, and transfers.
  • End-to-End Responsibility: Manage the entire process from generating and validating hypotheses to implementing them into the product, collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform success of each release and plan iterations accordingly.
  • Audience Research: Internalize and represent the customers' voice throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product integration and success.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 4+ years of successful experience managing similar products.
  • Deep Business Process Knowledge: Understanding of B2B account opening processes (receipt and distribution of funds), standardized reporting (eliminating complex and labor-intensive accounting and reconciliation processes), and receiving transfers.
  • Fintech Background: Experience working in product-oriented fintech companies.
  • UI/UX Expertise: Strong understanding of user interface design principles and user experience.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide other team members.
  • Innovative Mindset: Always looking for new ways to improve and innovate within the product.
